Service Request – SAP S/4HANA / ECC OTC Lead
Role Title: SAP S/4HANA / ECC – Order to Cash (OTC) Lead
Skill Requirement:
• Strong functional expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes
• Hands-on experience in both SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments
• Ability to lead end-to-end OTC cycle including:
o Order management
o Pricing & billing
o Credit management
o Accounts receivable
• Experience in driving business process improvements and transformations
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
Experience Level:
• 10 years (preferred for Lead role)
Role Expectations:
• Lead OTC track for SAP programs (implementation / rollout / support)
• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and solutions
• Provide functional guidance to offshore/onshore teams
• Support integrations and cross-module dependencies
• Drive issue resolution and process optimization
Location:
• Preferred: SanDisk / Milpitas (or specify based on need)
• Flexibility for onsite / hybrid
Start Date:
• Immediate / ASAP

• Prior experience in similar large enterprise environments preferred
