SAP S/4HANA / ECC OTC Lead

Note: This position is based in Milpitas, CA and requires on-site presence Monday through Friday.

Skill Requirement

• Strong functional expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes
• Hands-on experience in both SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments
• Ability to lead end-to-end OTC cycle including:
• Order management
• Pricing & billing
• Credit management
• Accounts receivable
• Experience in driving business process improvements and transformations
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills

Experience Level:

• 10 years (preferred for Lead role)
  
  

Role Expectations:

• Lead OTC track for SAP programs (implementation/rollout/support)
• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and solutions
• Provide functional guidance to offshore/onshore teams
• Support integrations and cross-module dependencies
• Drive issue resolution and process optimization
  
  

Additional Notes:

• Prior experience in similar large enterprise environments preferred
• Strong communication is critical (client-facing role)
