- 5 years of Software Development
- Fin Tech/Banking experience (nice but not necessary) Example apps in the stores
- 4 years of iOS development in a team or corporate/enterprise environment.
- 4 years of Swift Development. Must have Swift UI and combine knowledge
- Technical degree or additional experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Individuals who possess a blend of leadership skills and hands-on coding experience.
- Specifically, the ideal candidate should have approximately 30% lead qualification and 70% hands-on experience with code.
