- To work with global Citrix operations, acting as the primary Citrix SME, complex incidents, and operational continuity.
- Design, built, and deploy Citrix environments, delivering new CVAD/DaaS sites, multi‑region architectures, and migrations.
- Administer Citrix platforms including Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Workspace, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Gateway, Director, and WEM.
- Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, managing Windows Server 2016,2019,2022, AD objects, and Group Policy for Citrix environments.
- Performed daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Citrix servers, delivery controllers, and VDI pools to maintain high availability and performance.
- Manage Citrix PVS images and versioning, executed image updates, and coordinated server maintenance and rollbacks.
- Configure and enforce policies and GPOs, managed SSL certificates, RDS components, licensing, and integrated MFA/SSO solutions.
- Monitor and tuned performance, conducted capacity planning, performed root‑cause analysis, and applied vendor best practices to optimize user experience.
- Plan and execute upgrades and patching for Citrix components and Windows Server hosts while minimizing user impact.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell for provisioning, patching, image management, and routine maintenance.
- Administer virtualization infrastructure on VMware vSphere/vCenter/ESXi, managing templates, snapshots, and VM optimization.
- Manage and optimize enterprise storage on SAN/NAS platforms including NetApp, Dell EMC, and Pure to support VDI workloads.
- Deploy and support Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure AD, and Azure Files as part of hybrid/cloud initiatives.
- Partner with application teams to publish, upgrade, and troubleshoot enterprise applications delivered via Citrix.
- Support separation and transformation projects, designing environment segmentation, migrations, and business unit transitions.
- Enforce security and compliance, implemented Zero Trust and conditional access controls, managed MFA, and applied security patches.
- Provide architectural and operational recommendations, driving improvements in reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintained runbooks and documentation, and delivered knowledge transfer to operations teams for consistent, repeatable processes.
- Collaborate with networking and security teams to configure Citrix Gateway, ADC policies, and remote access controls for secure connectivity.
- Measure and report operational metrics, tracked SLAs, and implemented corrective actions to meet availability and performance targets.
