What are the responsibilities and job description for the AV Support Tech (Audio Video) position at Yochana?
· Set up, operate, maintain and repair equipment used to enhance live events, such as microphones, video recorders, projectors etc. · 1st level troubleshooting for all end user and AV devices in the conference rooms Ex.: Click shares, Procom, Phones. · Install and maintain audio visual equipment including display devices, projectors, televisions, camera systems, video teleconferencing systems (VTC), microphones and speakers. · Hands and eyes support (deploy, rack, stack, patch, cable) of AV devices. · Perform inventory management of equipment, wirings, and accessories to avoid any shortages. · Does racking\stacking, rebooting, cabling and work on the instructions given by L2 teams. · Provide excellent equipment services to meet client expectations. · Perform equipment additions, removals, repairs, replacements and inspections. · Prioritize and complete work orders accurately and timely. · Provide technical assistance to other Technicians when required. · Tracking and resolution of all Incidents and Service Requests related to the break fix. Respond to end-user requests for updates on ticket status and promptly follow up as needed.
