Entry Level Sales

YN Marketing Solutions is hiring motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. This role is designed for candidates who are looking to start a career in sales and customer engagement. No prior sales experience is required — we provide paid, hands-on training to help you succeed.

Entry Level Sales Representatives work face-to-face with customers in partnered retail locations, representing client brands and promoting current products and services. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and advancement for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating in-store service events and maintaining successful field campaign operation
• Communicate with customers in a retail setting to understand their needs and how to find a solution
• Represent client brands in a professional manner at all times
• Attend regular client training and developmental meetings
• Maintain and build positive customer relationships
