This position is responsible building and maintaining the technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations of the Treasure Valley Family YMCA to ensure integrity, availability, and security of the organization’s information assets. This role will additionally serve as the Treasure Valley Family YMCA Security Officer.

- Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, business or other with significant technology experience.
- 10 years of related work experience with a minimum of 5 years in technology leadership role with proven track-record of success managing IT team and information security.
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software, business technology, data management, and various technologies and platforms.
- A strong understanding of business principles and the ability to translate IT needs into business solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and budget management of IT projects.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team, and to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of technology trends, emerging technologies, and best practice in the industry.
