What You’ll Do

Internship Details:
Duration: Minimum 6 weeks
Hours: 10 hours per week (schedule determined with Internship Supervisor)
Location: Primarily based at the Cummings Center – YMCA Association Headquarters in Beverly, MA
Compensation: $15/hr

Qualifications:
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in high school or university or seeking experience in a related field of study to be eligible for an internship.
- Strong computer and technology skills are required, particularly proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Some educational institutions require prior approval before starting an internship. It is the student’s responsibility to verify and meet any institutional requirements before accepting a position.
- All interns must complete and submit an application to be considered, including a background check if selected for the role.
- Interns must collaborate with a Y supervisor to complete and submit an internship learning agreement to the Director of Operations or Executive Director and the HR Office.
- Interns may only participate in one internship (paid or unpaid) within the YNS organization at a time. Requests for consecutive internships will be reviewed by internship managers.
