Welcome Center – $12–$14/hour
Join the YMCA team and make a difference in your community! We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Welcome Center employee to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service, promote memberships and programs, and help create a welcoming environment for all.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist members and guests in person and on the phone
Promote and sell memberships and programs
Build positive connections with members and support their YMCA experience
Handle member concerns and apply YMCA policies
Keep the lobby area clean, organized, and inviting
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a busy environment
CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 60 days)
Previous customer service experience preferred

Qualifications
Required: Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred: Previous customer service experience.
