Customer Relations Specialist - Opener

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Customer Relations Specialists for our opening shift five mornings a week.

Positions are part-time and year-round. If you are an early riser and enjoy a beautiful sunrise, this would be the perfect way to start your day.

We offer a 10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another 10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

• Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift.
• Customer Service and Sales Experience preferred.
• Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful.
• Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency).
• Intermediate computer skills required.
