Summer Seasonal Lifeguard - Vista Ridge

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is looking for seasonal Lifeguards at the YMCA.

The salary range is $16.50-$18.00 per hour based on experience. In addition, we offer a 10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

• Location Vista Ridge - 2750 Vista Parkway. Erie, CO 80516
• Hours Monday - Sunday 945am-815pm
• Seasonal Schedule May 22nd-September 7th

• Advocate for the safety and wellbeing of our members and guests, and keep our Y's pool a friendly, welcoming environment for all to play, learn and build confidence in the water.
• Ensure the safety of participants while they are in or near the pool or hot tub.
• General maintenance and cleanliness of the pool, water testing and general problem-solving.
• Relate positively to a variety of people including other staff, members, program participants, and children.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 16 years of age. If you are 15, please apply as a Junior Lifeguard.
• Current ARC/YMCA Lifeguard, First Aid, AED, Emergency Oxygen and CPR-PR Certifications.
• Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful.
• Blood Borne Pathogens within 30 days of being hired.
