Job Opportunity: Before and After School Program Staff (Club Kid)

Position Type: Part-Time (AM, PM, or Both)

Are you passionate about working with children? Looking for a meaningful part-time job that aligns with the school calendar? Join our Club Kid Before and After School Program, where we provide a fun, safe, and enriching environment for elementary-aged children. As a member of our Club Kid team, you will be responsible for supervising, engaging, and mentoring students before and/or after school. This is an ideal position for college students, paraprofessionals, retirees, or anyone who enjoys working with youth in a positive, structured environment.
Schedule:
AM Shift: Approx. 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
PM Shift: Approx. 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Shifts vary slightly by school
- Opportunities available for one or both shifts
Responsibilities:
- Supervise children in a group setting
- Lead games, crafts, and recreational activities
- Promote social-emotional growth and safety
- Build strong, positive relationships with students and families
- Follow YMCA and school district policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background checks and fingerprinting
