The following position is currently available:
POSITION NAME: Member Experience Staff
LOCATION: Owasso Family YMCA
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Membership Experience Staff are a resource of knowledge for all functions related to front desk, member concerns, and processing of day camp/ program registrations
They will manage the front desk area with a deep knowledge of processes and attention to organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
§Minimum age 18
§Ability to schedule, lead and support other team members
§Knowledge of working with various computer software programs
§Strong organization skills and attention to detail
§Customer service skills a must
§Ability to interact with all ages
§Certifications in CPR, O2, and first-aid (YMCA can train)
STATUS: Part-time
STARTING SALARY: $9-11.00 hourly
