Role Description The Property Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of facilities and property-related activities at YMCA of Greater Tulsa. This contract, on-site role in Tulsa, OK includes assisting with property management tasks such as tracking maintenance requests, monitoring work orders, and ensuring facility standards are met. The role will coordinate lease documentation, maintain property records, and support compliance with organizational policies and local regulations. The Property Coordinator will respond to internal and external inquiries, support front-line staff with facility needs, and collaborate with vendors and service providers. Daily responsibilities also include general administrative support, preparing reports, and maintaining clear communication with leadership and stakeholders regarding property status and needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with staff, members, and vendors.
- Experience with Property Management and Lease Administration, including coordinating maintenance, tracking leases, and maintaining property records.
- Customer Service skills to provide responsive support to members, staff, and partners and to address facility-related concerns professionally.
- Administrative Assistance experience, including organizing documentation, scheduling, data entry, and basic report preparation.
- Ability to work on-site in Tulsa, OK and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases); experience with property or facilities management systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in facilities, property coordination, or a related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is beneficial.
