What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Experience Staff - Downtown Y position at YMCA of Greater Tulsa?
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under the direct supervision of the Membership Experience Director, the Membership Experience Staff are a resource of knowledge of our YMCA. They will help to address and resolve member concerns. They are responsible for processing program registrations and answering questions about program areas. The membership staff will help create a warm welcome for every guest and provide an experience for all. They will also help manage the front desk area, check in members, assist in facility supervision; helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum age 18
• Ability to, lead and support other team members
• Knowledge of working with various computer software programs
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Possess exceptional Customer service
• Ability to interact with all ages
• Bilingual strongly preferred
STATUS: Part-time/full time
STARTING SALARY: $10-$11
