FULL-TIME, NON-EXEMPT POSITION; YMCA OF GREATER NASHUA; NASHUA BRANCH

 Schedule:  Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm

You’ll Make An Impact By:

·        Creating a clean and healthy environment across fitness areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and all high-touch surfaces

·        Supporting our early childhood center by maintaining a safe and sanitary space for children and staff

·        Restocking essential supplies (paper goods, soaps, sanitizers)

·        Assisting with seasonal outdoor tasks like snow removal or lawn care

·        Reporting safety or maintenance concerns promptly

·        Being a friendly, respectful presence for all members—offering help and positive engagement as needed

Qualifications:

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards

·        Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

·        Physical capability to bend, climb ladders, kneel, shovel, and perform other maintenance tasks

·        Willingness to use cleaning agents safely and follow safety guidelines

·        Passion for making all people feel welcome, included, and valued
