Dive into the excitement and supervise our amazing campers
- Plan and lead activities that are cooler than a polar bear in sunglasses
- Attend staff meetings and trainings-because knowledge is power!
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Follow YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse preventions and emergencies
- Maintaining positive relationships with parents and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 and over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with kids, preferably in day camp setting
- Current First Aid and CPR Child certifications must be maintained throughout employment
- Completed YMCA Child Abuse Prevention upon hire
