- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
- New member sign-up.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Performs Manager On Duty responsibilities when scheduled or as needed. Manages emergencies, unusual circumstances and member discipline. Completes building rounds and assists with maintenance as needed inside and outside the facility. Completes proper report forms and communicates all incidents requiring disciplinary action to the Front Desk Manager.
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
