Under the guidance of the Youth Development Manager, the Kids Zone Attendant ensures children are safe, engaged, and having fun in a nurturing environment.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Kids Zone environment.
- Ensure toys, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families.
- Follow YMCA policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
