Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Alchemist will support the Company’s overall marketing initiatives by turning raw data into gold. This position will be instrumental in data analysis and maintaining our digital footprint promoting the Company’s products and services, and creating content that resonates with our target customers; pharmaceutical engineers and scientists.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with our company scientists, turning scientific articles and presentations into bite sized pieces of content for social media consumption.
- Promoting company brand through multiple digital channels.
- Strategizing various types of marketing deliverables that capture the attention of engineers and scientists.
- Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns.
- Both maintaining, and diving deeply into our CRM, and reporting data analytics on sales and marketing activities.
- Contributing to website updates and content.
- Conducting market research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries.
- Coordinating activities to ensure advertising and sales programs reach targeted customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Performing other marketing duties as assigned
Required Experience & Knowledge:
- Three to eight years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; sales, engineering, operations.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related studies
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Work with scientific/manufacturing B2B companies
- Experience with Acumatica or similar CRM
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
