Responsibilities
- Handle daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations
- Coordinate shipments and communicate with trucking companies/drivers
- Track ocean freight schedules and logistics progress
- Assist with warehouse inventory counting and product management
- Maintain organized warehouse workflow and operational efficiency
- Support warehouse and logistics-related operational tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Experience with WMS systems preferred (training can be provided)
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
