Yield Industries is hiring a Senior Project Manager to run site civil and DOT projects from bid to closeout.
This role is for someone who can own the entire job—not just manage paperwork. You’ll be responsible for estimating, takeoffs, execution, and financial performance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from bid → award → execution → closeout
- Perform quantity takeoffs and estimating (earthwork, utilities, concrete, paving)
- Manage DOT and municipal projects
- Oversee schedules, subcontractors, and vendors
- Handle RFIs, change orders, and billing
- Own job cost, budgets, and profitability
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, and inspectors
- Ensure compliance with DOT standards and prevailing wage requirements
What You Bring
- Experience in site civil construction
- Proven experience with DOT / municipal work
- Strong background in:
- Sewer & water
- Earthwork
- Concrete & paving
- Ability to perform takeoffs and build estimates
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- No hand-holding needed—you take initiative and run the job
