Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for complex precision metal components, with a focus on process capability, dimensional accuracy and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate manufacturing processes, materials and technical requirements.
- Analyze sintering, shrinkage, distortion and process variation.
- Support process validation, testing and root-cause investigations.
- Develop recommendations for improving process stability.
Qualifications
- Experience in process development or manufacturing engineering.
- Knowledge of MIM, powder metallurgy, CNC machining or DOE is preferred.
