Support manufacturing quality planning, process control and continuous improvement for high-precision metal components.
Responsibilities
- Review inspection plans, critical dimensions and quality requirements.
- Analyze SPC, Cpk and measurement system data.
- Support 8D investigations and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product consistency.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing quality or supplier quality engineering, with knowledge of GD&T, FMEA, SPC and precision manufacturing.
Required Skills
