About the Role
Develop and execute a US market luxury partnership strategy focused on Tiffany & Co., Harry Winston, Tom Ford, The Row and comparable US-headquartered luxury & premium fashion brands.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and build C-level relationships with global brand presidents, licensing heads, business development, and category leaders at US luxury headquarters.
- Lead end-to-end licensing partnership lifecycle: outreach, pitch, negotiation, contracting, and launch alignment for jewelry, hard accessories, beauty tools, fragrance, home, and lifestyle categories.
- Collaborate with global/regional brand teams to define partnership structures, pricing, positioning, and China go-to-market plans.
- Work cross-functionally with design, supply chain, legal, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver compelling pitch decks, category reviews, and market intelligence.
- Conduct market landscape analysis to identify high-potential categories and white-space opportunities for brand extension.
- Represent the company at industry events, high-level meetings, and luxury networking engagements in New York and across the U.S.
- Drive partnership KPIs: pipeline growth, meeting conversion, deal closure, and revenue milestones.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in luxury brand partnerships, licensing, business development, or corporate development.
- Proven existing network with decision-makers at US-headquartered luxury & premium fashion houses (Tiffany & Co., Harry Winston, Tom Ford, The Row etc.).
- Track record of closing licensing or strategic partnership deals with global brands.
- Deep understanding of luxury brand DNA, category extension, retail economics, and China market dynamics.
- Exceptional C-level presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Fluency in English.
- New York-based or the ability to be based in New York.
