Position Responsibilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain the Payroll inbox.
- Can handle high pressure and a fast-paced work environment, handle ambiguity, and shifting priorities.
- Ability to efficiently organize work duties and manage projects.
- Collect, summarize, and input timekeeping information ensuring that all supervisory timekeeping approvals are obtained. Also entering information into the HRIS system via imports.
- Prepare payroll imports on a weekly basis for assigned stores based on employee and manager requests, located in one or more assigned regions.
- Provide customer service to all employees regarding time, payroll, accrued sickness and vacation questions. Resolve all discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain database regarding entering new hires, deactivating terminated employees and all related personnel maintenance.
- Maintain the integrity of all payroll-related reports, including year-end reporting and annual employee tax documents.
- Provide support to the benefits and human resources department for various projects as needed.
- Two to five years of recent payroll experience in a high-volume environment
- UKG experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet processing deadlines.
- Excellent employee relations experience necessary
