Duties

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm as they arrive, making them feel instantly welcomed
• Assist guests with seating arrangements, special requests, and provide menus promptly.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues swiftly to uphold a positive experience.
• Keep the host station organized, monitor wait times, and communicate effectively with the team to optimize guest flow.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service times.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly around the venue as needed.
