Summary:
Seeking an experienced Invent L3 Support Consultant with strong expertise in Merchandise Planning, Forecasting, and Retail Planning systems, specifically with hands-on experience supporting Invent.ai / MerchPlan environments. Candidate should have strong production support experience, deep retail planning knowledge, and advanced SQL skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L3 support for incidents including triage, RCA, mitigation, customer communication, and closure
• Support retail planning processes including:
- Forecasting
- OTB (Open-To-Buy)
- Assortment Planning
- Allocation
- Replenishment
- Promotions
- Markdown Planning
- Seasonality Planning
• Troubleshoot data and integration issues involving:
- SFTP
- CSV / Flat Files
- REST APIs
- ETL Pipelines
• Investigate forecast variances, hierarchy mismatches, and data issues
• Support go-lives, upgrades, reconciliation activities, and production stability
• Work closely with offshore teams and participate in P1/P2 on-call support rotation
Required Skills:
✓ 10 years supporting Retail Planning / Merchandise Planning systems
✓ Hands-on experience with Invent.ai / MerchPlan (Mandatory)
✓ Strong SQL expertise (complex queries, reconciliation, performance tuning)
✓ Experience with:
- REST APIs
- ETL Troubleshooting
- SFTP Integrations
- Linux
- Log Analysis
✓ Scripting knowledge: Python / Bash
