You will work alongside a Senior Campaign Manager and report to the Director of Demand Generation, contributing to both new-logo and expansion-pipeline goals. The right person has deep email marketing experience, is proficient in HubSpot, and is comfortable writing and managing outreach in a sales engagement platform.

  • Marketing Automation: Build and manage campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring technical accuracy and proper lead routing.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams on coordinated outreach programs and align with product teams on key messaging.
  • Pipeline Growth: Contribute to broader demand generation planning to meet both new logo and account expansion goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Key Competencies & Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic Thinking: Comes to the table with a point of view on how a campaign should work, focusing on outcomes rather than just execution.
  • Ownership & Initiative: Organized and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously; takes accountability for results and iteration.
