We are hiring for full-time.

Hours and Salary for the full-time

• Hours are: 830am-5 pm (40 hours a week)
• Salary: $81,120- $89,440 per year, depending on licensure
• Offering $3000.00 sign on bonus.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Therapeutic Interventions:
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations.
• Risk and Crisis Management:
• Conduct risk assessments and provide interventions as necessary.
• Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation support to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaboration and Consultation:
• Provide behavioral health consultation to multidisciplinary clinical teams and correctional personnel.
• Support care coordination for patients transitioning to community-based behavioral health services.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation:
• Initiate, develop, and maintain comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives.
• Training and Education:
• Participate in team meetings and staff training programs.
• Assist in orienting new staff members and conducting in-service training sessions.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Prepare necessary reports and records to meet compliance standards.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Follow standard precautions, including the use of personal protective equipment, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support operational needs.
  
  
  

Key Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related Mental Health discipline.
• Licensure:
• Active and unrestrictive license as an LMHC, LCSW, or Psychologist
• Experience:
• Counseling experience in a correctional setting (preferred)
• Familiar with Baker's ACT
• Certification:
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (required).
• Additional Requirements:
• Ability to pass a background check, security clearance, and drug screening.
• Role Highlights:

• Assess and monitor mental health conditions to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
