Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and copy that aligns with brand messaging and engages target audiences
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement
- Plan and manage paid digital advertising campaigns including social media ads and Google Ads
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices are followed
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, events, and company initiatives online
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role
- Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics dashboards
- Strong copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid social advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
