Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client business goals.
- Film and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Create graphics and templates for social posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the team.
- Pitch fresh, trend-driven content ideas to clients and internal team members.
- Schedule and publish posts across social platforms using a social-media scheduling tool (e.g. Later, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Communicate directly with clients to gather assets, receive feedback, and get final approval on content.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community around the brand.
- Collect, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, etc.) to guide content strategy.
- Adjust content and strategy based on analytics insights to improve performance over time.
Qualifications
- Experience filming and editing social media video content (short-form).
- Strong design sensibility and comfort using canva / Adobe Creative Cloud (or equivalent tools).
- Deep familiarity with current social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and a good sense for trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for client interaction and community engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines: organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working with data: able to interpret metrics and make data-driven content decisions.
- Creative mindset with a knack for brainstorming engaging, on-brand content ideas.
- Collaborative team player who works well with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
