Search Engine Optimization Specialist

YeS! Creative Marketing is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and grow our search engine optimization strategy across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where creativity meets analytics — perfect for someone who loves developing data-driven strategies, mentoring a team, and seeing measurable results for clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage client SEO accounts and oversee the SEO team’s day-to-day operations.
• Develop and execute customized SEO strategies aligned with each client’s goals and KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headers, internal links, site structure, etc.) and ensure technical best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with our content, ads and web teams to ensure site copy and creative assets support SEO objectives.
• Lead monthly client reporting and strategy meetings, presenting data in a clear, actionable way.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools, identify trends, and continuously refine strategies.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns that connect SEO with paid search, social media, and web development efforts.
• Mentor and collaborate with in-house teammates to enhance processes and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5 years of professional SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of both technical and content-based SEO strategies.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Yoast SEO.
• Extensive understanding of WordPress
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Ability to develop and implement SEO strategies for each of our clients
• SEO content development
• Link-building experience
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of paid media, local SEO, and digital marketing principles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
