Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our PLANT STORE team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and shipping PLANT orders while maintaining safety and accuracy standards. This role requires familiarity with common sense, reading, printer equipment operation, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Duties
- Perform order picking using our inventory management systems to ensure accurate selection of products.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of PLANTS and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming PLANTS and preparing outgoing PLANT orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, following safety standards for sharp equipment operation and materials handling.
- Collaborate with store supervisors to optimize order fulfillment processes and improve efficiency.
- Delivery of packages to USPS and/or UPS
- Support inventory management activities, including PLANT replenishment and inventory counts.
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
Work Location: In person
