What will you do?
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system.
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information on our services.
- Take reservations and make charges to customer credit cards.
- Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork as it relates to front office operations.
- Outfit guests in proper attire for their activities.
- Resolve small issues as they arrive for guests.
- Check and balance the daily figures, make sure that all charges are applied to each customer properly.
More about you
- Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.
- Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures manual.
- Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors.
- Must have vailid drivers license.
Physical requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts.
