Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Electricians to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in West Yellowstone, Montana. What will you do?
- Evaluate the condition of equipment, and make and assist in recommendations for repair or replacement. Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of the problem.
- Perform all work with guest service in mind, keeping equipment and operational downtime to a minimum.
- Oversee completion and documentation of work orders, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness regarding materials, labor, and equipment.
- Perform preventive scheduled maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Adhere to all safety, risk management, and environmental policies and procedures.
More about you
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a certified electrician.
- Ability to work with single and three-phase voltages ranging from 0-480 volts, and 1200k volts when required.
- Ability to install 3-way and 4-way light switches.
- Ability to distinguish between delta and Y-connected transformers.
- Ability to replace and install new breakers in breaker panels.
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time.
