Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for following all F&B standard operating procedures,
- Following all F&B sequence of service standards to include greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables
- Performing opening and closing duties as assigned by management
- Six (6) months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
- Applicant must complete a pre-employment background check.
