Yellowhouse Machinery is currently accepting applications for Service Manager at our Enid, OK location. Our applicants must exhibit a strong work ethic and be able to provide supporting references. Must be able to manage service operations within the dealership to maximize return on investment by optimizing Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Must have the skill set to grow profitable service labor sales and exercises disciplined expense control. Must be able to attract, retain, and effectively engage department personnel.
Reports To: Regional Product Support Manager
Job Essential Duties:
- Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Promotes, adheres to and enforces company policy at all times with emphasis on a team mentality.
- Promotes customer service at all times throughout the organization.
- Develops and executes the Service Department marketing plan and monitors monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals.
- Reviews work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing.
- Ensures that all service warranty and Product Improvement Program claims are submitted within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit.
- Schedules and assigns jobs and work areas to employees in the Service Department according to their skills and knowledge.
- Provides technical support where applicable.
- Ensures all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
- Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position.
- Executes other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Basic computer skills to efficiently utilize service and parts support programs.
- Ability to maintain and create accurate and comprehensive service reports on tasks performed during service or repair.
- Must have general knowledge of troubleshooting electrical, hydraulics and power train components.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a shop team environment.
- Willingness to participate in company paid training as required.
- Must possess personal hand and pneumatic tools to perform diagnostic, service and repair work on heavy equipment.
- Must carry out instructions or duties provided by the Service Manager or Shop Foreman in an effort to efficiently and effectively service or repair machines.
- Applicant must pass a physical drug screening and possess a driver's license.
