Yellowhouse Machinery is currently accepting applications for Parts Manager at our Sand Springs, OK location. Our applicants must exhibit strong work ethic and be able to provide supporting references. Must be able to manage Parts operations within the Dealership to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. To optimize Parts Department processes. To attract, retain, and effectively engage department personnel.
Reports to: Regional Product Support Manager
Job Essential Duties:
- Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors Parts Dept. processes to ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Promotes, adheres to and enforces company policy at all times with emphasis on a team mentality.
- Promotes and merchandises parts and accessories.
- Creates annual Parts Dept. goals in alignment with the organizations financial and operational objectives.
- Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes perpetual physical counts and proper count procedures.
- Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the allotted time frame to receive maximum credit.
- Ensures all dept. tools, equipment and vehicles are in proper working order.
- Promotes customer service at all times throughout the organization.
- Executes other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- 2 years verifiable experience in Parts Department operations. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in leadership of others.
- Ability to effectively use desktop applications such as Electronic Parts Catalogs, Microsoft Office, and internet based applications.
- Ability to write and speak accurately and effectively to individuals and groups.
- Basic understanding of financial principles associated with Parts Dept. operations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Pass a background check, drug test and physical.
