Parts Representative

Yellowhouse Machinery is currently accepting applications for Parts Representatives at our Sand Springs, OK location. Our applicants must exhibit a strong work ethic and be able to provide supporting references.

Purpose: Selling service parts, fluids, attachments and accessories. In addition, provides exceptional internal and external customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties. Identifies and provides complete parts solutions for customers.

Reports To: Regional Product Support Manager

Job Essential Duties:

• Quickly establishes a rapport and relationship with customers.
• Promotes and adheres to company policy at all times with emphasis on a team mentality.
• Provides a quality customer experience through knowledge, use of systems, and process execution.
• Promotes marketing efforts provided by Management.
• Provides parts recommendations including alternatives that meet customers’ needs.
• Fulfills online orders in a timely manner and places them in will call area.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays.
• Maintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to the Parts Manager
• Assists in keeping the Parts Department clean and orderly.
• Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to Teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Promotes customer service at all times throughout the organization.
• Safely operates a forklift and other related equipment as needed.
• Executes other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience. Ability to connect with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport.
• Understands basic selling processes.
• Understands basic inventory control.
• Basic data entry/keyboarding skills and experience utilizing basic computer programs, for example Microsoft based products.
• Experience working both independently and in a team setting.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
• Pass a background check, drug test and physical.
