Assistant Manager - Sports Facility (Indoor Golf & Batting Cages)

YellowBolt Sports is Hunt Valley’s premier indoor sports destination, featuring advanced golf simulators and a professional-grade batting cage. We provide a high-energy, welcoming space for athletes and enthusiasts of all levels. We're seeking a hands-on, energetic Assistant Manager to help lead operations and deliver a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily facility operations, including opening and closing
- Supervise front-line staff and ensure top-quality customer service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment
- Oversee reservations, league nights, and events using booking software
- Train and support team members to meet performance expectations
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Manage supply inventory and assist with ordering
- Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
Qualifications:
- Applicants with golf experience/PGA Professionals Or 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (sports or recreation preferred)
- Customer-focused with a passion for sports, especially golf and baseball/softball
- Comfortable using point-of-sale and scheduling systems
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
