As part of the Levindale Staffing Resource Pool enjoy the flexibility of self-schedule after your training, and rotating every third weekend.
UNIT SUMMARY:
The Staffing Resource Pool is a designated supplemental staffing pool where staff will float across various units.

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Licensure: Current Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant (C-GNA) license.
Certification: CPR and First Aid certification required.
Experience: Preferred 2–3 years of experience in medical, dementia, or behavioral health settings.
Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with electronic health records (e.g., Synquest), and experience using assistive equipment like Hoyer lifts and specialty beds.
