Atlee Hill Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for dedicated Geriatric Nursing Assistants to join our caring team and provide exceptional support to our geriatric residents.
As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) at Atlee Hill, you will:
- Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to geriatric residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and document the health status of geriatric patients, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist geriatric residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
- Support geriatric patients with ambulation, repositioning, and fall prevention
- Build meaningful relationships with geriatric residents and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure the highest standard of geriatric care at Atlee Hill
What We're Looking For:
- Active GNA certification in the state of Maryland
- Prior experience in a geriatric, long-term care, or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to geriatric care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Competitive pay: $19 per hour plus shift differentials; Sign-on Bonus up to $6,000
Flexible scheduling: FT & PT Day (8am-4pm), Evening (4pm-12am), and Night Shifts (12am-8am)
