What You’ll Do:
- Engage with homeowners to showcase the benefits of solar energy and roofing solutions from Yellow Ball Roofing and Solar.
- Generate leads through our proven neighborhood program and other avenues to generate clients.
- Present tailored solar and roofing proposals that highlight savings and value.
- Close deals with confidence, backed by our expert team and top-tier products.
- Build lasting client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
What We’re Looking for:
- Driven individuals eager to succeed in sales and customer service (no solar experience required – we train you!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with Montana homeowners.
- Self-motivated mindset with a hunger to surpass goals and maximize earnings.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required – we value passion and grit!
