Someone who is organized, compassionate, and takes pride in being the steady, friendly first point of contact for our practice.

This is a part-time role with meaningful opportunity to grow alongside our expanding team.

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (16 hours/week)

Compensation:
Starting at $20/hour, based on experience

Position Overview:
The Office manager plays a key role in shaping the client experience at Yellow Door. From the first phone call to ongoing communication, this role helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our clinicians can focus on providing excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and communicate with clients in a warm, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • Schedule appointments and manage clinician calendars
  • Support new client intake and onboarding
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Submit and monitor insurance claims (training available if needed)
  • Maintain accurate and organized records
  • Provide general administrative support to the clinical team

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, medical receptionist, medical biller, or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and insurance claims preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Experience with EHR systems is a plus
