What You’ll Do:
- Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility
- Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
- Resolve unpaid or denied claims
- Post insurance payments, patient payments, and adjustments
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim issues
- Respond to client and team emails in a timely, professional manner
- Process patient payments
- Assist with other administrative and computer-based tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent medical billing experience (required)
- Strong understanding of insurance claims, EOBs, and denial management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
