We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our fast growing team!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing techniques and be able to work effectively on various construction projects. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with other team members to ensure high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area.
- Pour, and finish concrete according to specifications.
- Use tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds to create smooth surfaces.
- Collaborate with team members on project timelines and requirements.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in the setup of forms for projects.
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment used in concrete finishing.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or skills in the following areas:
- 2 years of experience in the industry.
- Concrete Finishing Experience.
- Concrete Forming and Placing.
- Stamped Concrete experience is a plus.
- Reliable Transportation is necessary.
