As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the friendly face and vigilant guardian during the quiet hours of the night, ensuring all aspects of guest services and hotel management run seamlessly.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours
- Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, financial summaries, and operational updates
- Support guest services by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Set up breakfast for the hotel guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably as a Night Auditor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
- Familiarity with guest relations practices and hotel safety protocols
- Previous experience in resort or large hotel environments is a plus
