Business Analyst – PLM & Healthcare Domain

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Medical Device domain knowledge and hands-on experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) technology. This role requires translating business needs into detailed requirements, driving process optimization, and enhancing user experience in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate user needs into requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Work 2–3 sprints ahead, ensuring features are ready for development and meet the definition of done.
• Communicate vision and requirements to developers, testers, and cross-functional teams.
• Document business processes, support UAT, and help manage cross-team dependencies.
• Track metrics, report progress, and apply business process improvement methods.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and regulatory standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Medical Device domain experience (required).
• Proven PLM technology experience.
• Strong Agile delivery experience with cross-functional teams.
• Foundational knowledge in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Emerging Technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
