Financial Analyst, Healthcare (Hybrid)

Leading Pennsylvania multi-site medical group seeks a Financial Analyst support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis across the  network of practices and ambulatory surgery centers. The Financial Analyst will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Operations, and senior leadership to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support organizational growth and profitability. This is a hybrid schedule requiring 2 – 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and operational analyses.
• Assist with annual budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, and reforecasting processes.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including budget-to-actual comparisons and variance analysis.
• Analyze historical and projected financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate revenue, operating expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics across practices, providers, and service lines.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting to support leadership's review of operational and financial performance.
• Partner with operational leaders and department heads to provide financial guidance and support business decision-making.
• Create financial models, forecasts, and trend analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Accounting during the month-end close process to review financial results and investigate variances.
• Assist with strategic initiatives, business case development, and investment analyses.
• Support ad hoc reporting, financial analyses, and special projects as requested by senior leadership.
• Maintain regular communication with corporate and operational leaders to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance within the healthcare industry       
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Complex formulas, Financial modeling, Data analysis
• Experience working directly with business leaders and operational teams as a trusted financial partner.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

• $75,000 - $85,000
